How long does it take for shipping?
Domestic:
USPS Priority Mail is used for all Standard Shipping deliveries, which will arrive within approximately 4-8 business days. Expedited Shipping is also available, and your preferred expedited method can be selected at checkout. Your tracking number will be sent automatically via email. Please allow up to 24 hours after the completion of your purchase for order confirmation to generate. Also, please be aware GLD’s shipping facility is closed on weekends.
International:
For international orders you can select either of the following options:
1.) DHL Express (Recommended) which will arrive in 2-5 business days (Tracking and insurance provided)
2.) USPS International Priority (6-18 days Tracking provided until package leaves U.S. only and Insurance must be purchased separately). USPS shipments come with the package's customs number indicating when the package leaves the United States. *USPS orders may be subject to a customs tax upon entering international countries, so please understand your country's import laws before using USPS*
I am an International customer; will I have to pay Import Tax on your website?
No. There will be no payment of import tax on the FIWL Shop website; however, you-as the customer-are the importer of record, and you MUST comply with all rules and regulations of your destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
Is the Jewelry Made With Real Gold/Silver/Rhodium?
Yes, we only use 14-18k yellow gold, real .925 sterling silver, and genuine white/black rhodium. All of our products are thoroughly tested for quality and durability before, during and after production. We meet all regulations set by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Jewelry Vigilance Committee.
What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
FIWL accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via telephone at (516) 333-3702, email mrgold585@aol.com, or via our customer support chat line. Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Some Solid Gold items may be subject to exchange.
*FIWL will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if FIWL were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry, or article of clothing.

How should I store/protect my jewelry?
Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.
